Saying Goodbye to the Year!

Christmas is over…

And the countdown to a new year has started once again.

At this time as we look back to the year upon reflection, we relive the special events of the year in a fast forward mode as they rush past our minds and hearts as memories.

While the year bids adieu , I feel so much gratified. It was a truly eventful year for lensdepictions. Be it for new ideas and creativities or increased footfalls(almost double than the year 2011), be it for new subscribers, new clients, or being recognized by an international platform in the world of web...lensdepictions.com has grown from strength to strength this year.

All thanks to people like you who are reading this post at this moment, who cared for me and my business, directly or indirectly, for one reason or another.

In the fast paced world of today, where it is only rare for someone to stop by even to see you or say a warm “hello”… It is an incredible feeling to see complete strangers from distant corners of the world stopping by the site and appreciating it in their own unique ways, to realize having reached out and being connected to hundreds of unknown people, and, to see, that some of those strangers were gracious enough to become a part of lensdepictions… it’s overwhelming.Indeed.

This reminds me of a couple of Urdu lines that I can relate to at this point of time:

Main Akela hi chala tha janibe manzil magar..
Log Saath aate Gaye aur Karwaan Banta gaya!

(I had started my odyssey alone, but folks kept joining me and it turned into a caravan!)

From the bottom of my heart, I want to thank one and all who became part of lensdepictions.com this year. Thank you so much for all your wishes, love and support.

And I also wish you a very Happy New Year...filled with love, light and peace.
